COVID-19 Updates - Hoover

UPDATE - MAY 19 -
DROP OFF/PICK UP FOR END OF YEAR:

Hello Hoover Families

As we wrap up this unusual school year I want to share how we are going return personal items to students and collect items from them (iPads, chargers, library books, etc).

We will begin this process on June 2 and continue the rest of the week.  Each day is designated for a few specific grade levels to return and pick up items.  Several teachers will be there each day to help and to be able to say hello and goodbye to their students.  While we won't be able to get real close and take pictures, we will be able to at least see one another.  If you have more than one child at Hoover you don't need to come multiple days unless you choose to do so.

We ask that you wipe everything down with a sanitizing wipe if possible and place the items in a bag.  Please include charger as well.  Please mark the bag if possible.

2. Students will be checked off and they will drive around to the East side of the building where they will let the teachers know who they are and the teachers will retrieve their materials from the MPR and Field house and bring it to your car.

PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CARS - teachers will bring things to you!  Enter on the NE corner of the lot exit on the SE corner.

You do not have to come in multiple days if you have more than one child...you can if you choose to.  This is just to space out the number of people at school at one time.
